I am so glad I can to SpareFoot for my storage needs. Customer service rep was supper helpful in pin pointing the location and the storage unit that i needed and recommended so many options to save money. Had an awesome experience. On Top of that. The location wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t clearly marked, needs better signage. I kept missing the turn-off for the entrance. But it is still easily accessible from main highways and roads. Facility was no-frills but clean. Also I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need any special amenities for storing furniture for a few months until I find permanent housing. Staff was friendly at the front desk and helpful. I knew what I was looking for and needed since I had rented storage units before. Staff doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t try to oversell you extras to add on the charges.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I switched to a bigger size the day of move in without any issue. Only feedback is that I wish I was informed about the free-ish truck service provided when you rent a storage unit (I could have saved a hefty amount on the uhaul I rented instead). Also, the lights were out above and around my unit so I was very limited on seeing inside the unit.

I had the best of experience at Edison lock up. Mr Greg and Ms Ruth are very helpful and everything went so fine without a hitch. Also SpareFoot.com has made storage ‘Shopping’ such a wonderful experience. It was very easy to have all your options at one place and then you can review and make the best choice for yourself.

Words cannot explain the comfort and ease that Ruth and Greg gave me in my sudden need for a storage unit. They made a stressful situation into a peaceful and fun one. Yes, FUN. From the first phone call all the way to move in day they were sooo helpful. Didn't ask many questions, easy to book, I was in and out. HIGHLY recommend this facility--they also allowed us to use the facility truck for FREE (just had to pay the insurance), which saved me a huge amount compared to a Uhaul. Thanks for all the help and love! Keep up the great work y'all!

The facility is kept in immaculate condition and the new security and great lighting keep it very secure.
