- Everything worked as promised…when I worked into Valley Storage, everything was set up on the computer ready to go, the deal was there as promised, all I had to do was supply my ID and payment, and everything was locked in!! - This place was the best price in our area. It was easy to reserve online and Drew was very friendly and accommodating. The office was immaculate and offers with a clean restroom which is nice if you are spending a whole day moving. My only issue was with the moving equipment available for use. I understand that there are issues with the carts/Dollie’s being stolen but, especially if you are older and/or moving alone, a large and well maintained cart which is readily available in each building is extremely helpful. Drew did exchange and try to repair the first broken wheel one I was provided for a newer, but somewhat smaller cart than I was used to. All in all a great experience though!

- Great all-around experience! The facilities appear to be brand new and easily accessible. Ruth in the front office could not have been more kind nor helpful. The location is perfect for my needs. If I had any issue, it would be with the available carts. For such a new facility they should be in better condition. But, they are available and they are free.
