Review: It is well lit, in a safe and secure location. I'm completely trusting that my belongings are safe and will remain in the condition that they were in when I put them there. The facility provided trolleys for moving heavy, multiple items and a elevator to the upper floors. My only complaint is the bathroom facilities are unexcessable.

Review: I realize that CopperSafe just took over management of this storage facility, but from my perspective they made sure that everything worked smoothly for you to sign up and give your money, but not actually access your storage space. Basically, management needs to make sure that all online and automated email information aligns with reality. Online & email information says you should go check in to the facility between 8AM and 8PM, and show your government issued ID, to complete check in. Yet the building is unstaffed and when you get there, your only recourse is to call customer service. I called three times before I was able to access the building and my storage space. Call #1 was to get the access code for the building. The access code turned out to be wrong. On my second call, I was given a universal access code, which worked. Then I arrived at my storage unit to find a wire and green plastic tag on the lock area which I had to break off. Again, I had to call customer service to figure out this is what I was supposed to do. It's not hard to modify an automated email to include this information. I'd like to note that Tiffany in customer service was very friendly, patient, and super helpful.
