So I applied online and made my payment because that was the fastest and easiest way to do it. Well I was supposed to get a lock and I did not and it took me a whole day to get a hold of someone to meet me out there and I finally got a telephone call. Thank you very nice that said they didn't know some of the things that was on the website and I did not get the lock I have to buy my own and so I'm still tying it closed. The price is good, very clean, great location, and like I said both people I spoke with were very very nice. The only problem I have is there's different things offer on both sides and I lost today cuz I could not get in and I could not get a hold of anyone.

5' x 15' Storage Unit

It is approximately 75 square feet of space. This type of unit is suitable for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, including major appliances.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.


What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.


Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.


Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions will be covered in your storage unit.
