Booked online, including filling out all lease paperwork. Had a representative follow up with a few questions which were resolved quickly. Able to go right to my unit without ever needing to go to the office. Unit was as described. Facility is clean and easy to access with an entry gate. Pricing when booking online was very competitive.

Staff was very helpful and the property is clean. We had a 26 foot car hauler and had a hard time getting out the back but we finally did it.

I get hung up putting the Sailboat in the 10 x 24. It was almost closing time. I called for help. Shelby rescued me by helping to push Boat & Trailer fully into space. She then stayed overtime to sign me up and close transaction. I am so grateful for her help and patience. For this above the call of duty service. . I strongly Recommend Storage King.

Prior to selecting this particular facility, I talked on the phone with Tina and visited the site in person. Tina was friendly and very helpful and even suggested that I don’t sign the papers until actual day I was going to move my trailer to the storage yard. That way I wasn’t paying for days that I was not actually using it. This was very thoughtful on her part and saved my a little money. Move in day was just fine though contracts paperwork are lengthy, that is expected. The other employees were all equally helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with the service.
