- Angie did a great job she called us before we got there to see how things where going, and to completethe paperwork before the facility closed. She also texted me from her own phone with instructions on how to do everything after hours. Was a pleasure to work with.

- The storage facility that I left the people were not friendly, and they were overpricing. I had to find someplace fast and convenient and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I chose citizens storage. The property manager Ken was amazing. He made it easy for me to transfer from one facility to the next by having u-Haul rentals right there.

- I rented a climate controlled unit at Citizen storage in Fenton and I wish I had gone anywhere else. I chose them because I needed a climate controlled unit and they were the only location in the area with one available. I now know why. When I first moved in, everything seemed fine. The grounds were a little rough, but they had just purchased the location. The unit appeared to be in good shape and Kenn in the office was very helpful with the paperwork. As time went on I started to notice the imperfections. There were many times that I went to the unit and could not tell a difference between the outside and the inside, even in the winter time. Towards the end, the building started to smell musty and feel damp. When I finally moved out, I found water in my unit, mouse droppings and bugs, both dead and alive. I talked to the lady that was working the office that day and though she could sympathize with my situation, all she could do was follow the process and hand me a pamphlet for the insurance company. Luckily, I made the decision early on to place the majority of my belongings in tubs, so I didn't lose a lot, but what I did lose was substantial. I sent an email to location directly a couple of weeks ago explaining the situation and they have not responded. To sum up, if you are looking for a storage unit, stay away from this one.

- Excellent service. Checking in was flawless. With all the things that can go wrong with a move moving into storage was not one of them. Also they had all the items for sale one needed to secure the storage for a dry unit.

- When picking up my rental truck , the women servicing me was not very friendly. In fact I was charged for insurance when I should not have been. I have never had a problem before at this facelity. I was shocked. I did try to call the 800#at the time but got no answer.
