Very poor customer service. Tried to schedule automatic payments twice by calling and was rudely told "we do not accept credit cards over the phone." Never available for questions and does not respond to emails. Just notified of a price increase. Do not rent here.

Walkerville MD, older manager. (Clarence) The manager was not helpful or compassionate at all said he canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t take a payment over the phone. I told him I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have access to their online payment and I have no emails from them! He said I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know why, the manager Told me to call the pay plus line to pay, other wise He said he donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what else to tell Me! I hung up called back and confirmed they had my email wrong in the system he imply I must have put it in there wrong ? when the manager took my ID and input all my information at the counter. He said I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t about that? So I gave the new email and I asked again if he or someone else could help to set me up on the online payments he said he donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do that! I advised I had issue paying over the phone would only allow one card, I needed a split payment. He said no you canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t do that?!?! He then mentioned I could of come in and pay, And Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m out of town! He said I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know what to tell you! This is ridiculousness!! Not cool I wish I did not rent here.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.


Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?
