Review: The storage for autos is poorly designed with a huge curb that could possibly damage the vehicle. There should be a ramp to roll right up. I am worried that the underside of my vehicle may have damage. The facility takes no responsibility if that's the case. Had I known about this issue, I would have never rented a storage space. There should be at least a 24 cancellation window available to customers who for whatever reason, decide to change their minds. I was informed that I couldn't cancel the very next day and 24 hours had not passed by yet.

Review: This one is great to store your belongings. Located in a quite place but still convenient to reach. While it may seem not so neat and clean as competitors, it does offer some perks such as electricity and loyal stay-in policies. I was wanting to occasionally use my unit as a small workshop. Other companies just want you to move in and get out. Until you move out and get out as well. I've been literally told so by other company's rep. Therefore it was a tipping point for me, and I went with Public Storage. On-site managers are always friendly and helpful. Kudos to Diana who took trouble to roam about all 11 (!) units as per my criteria of which I chose only one. It was helpful indeed when she explained me all ins and outs of the leasing process and their policies. Also I'd liked their signup process. Very concise and streamlined. I'm going to stay with them for at least few months, so let's see what happens next ))

Review: This is the first time renting a storage and I was surprised how easy all went through. I called in the morning and around noon I had my storage. I want to point out that the person I spoke with on the phone and in the office (Frances) were very friendly and helpful. Also the price is very good and the storage is clean. Thanks for everything!!!

Review: The reservation process online was easy, and the location called to schedule the time to come in and sign the necessary paperwork and collect the first rent payment. Once at the location, Francis walked us through the unit, how to use the lock, and how to access the property through the electronic gate. Francis also helped explain the insurance coverage options and payment considerations. He helped us choose what was right for us, and was clearly experienced. Francis is an asset to Public Storage.

Review: The treatment by the staff was good. The man working there was very courteous and helpful. The elevator was busted for the day. My friend and I continually pressed the button for the third floor. It wouldn't work right away. We would end up waiting for the bell inside to ring. After that happened, the elevator would lift. That was fixed the next day.
