- This was my first time using off-site storage and I was pleased it went so well. The facility is safe, clean and very well maintained. The person who managed my sign up was very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with the experience. There were a couple of slight concerns, though. One was the unavailability of the 'free use' truck for move in. It was there but I was told the paperwork for using it had not yet arrived. One of the reasons I selected the facility was the truck, advertised on the site. I can understand the delay in paperwork - it happens. But, when I asked about using it later, I was told I could not. When you advertise and don't deliver, you should offer a 'make good' or compensation. Truth in advertising is a law in MA and just a good business courtesy. Another concern: Confusion regarding initial rates. The online calculator provided a figure that resulted in a roughly $50.00 credit on my pending account. But, when I arrived, this was not the case, although I did get a $1 first month rate (although it did not credit over to the next month with a mid-month check-in. So, in reality, I got 15 days at. The $1 rate. Again, very confusing...but still I am thus far happy because of the general experience.

- Not only is the facility nicely laid out with very clean units, the office staff was very helpful for the paper work signing up process. I purchased a lock as well so that once I had the unit I could lock it. I have come and gone many times with great ease.

- From start to finish it was AWESOMENESS! From the staff at the service center (call center I should say) to the gentleman at the storage unit itself EVERYONE was very nice, and professional. The prices at their facility are very reasonable. The place is secure and very very clean!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone in need of that "extra closet"!!

- Hey, 10 feet x 10 feet is . . . 10 feet by 10 feet, but if you're able to stack your stuff, the high ceiling is a bonus. Pro: 7 day, 7AM-7PM access is also a bonus, only made available by coded entry and departure. Con: Don't get caught inside the gate after closing as it's timer controlled, and you'll be trapped inside the storage unit area. Odd: Advertised price for a 10x10 is $110. I wonder why I'm paying $120 . . .. Customer service has been very good the few times that I've been inside the office, with the help being . . . helpful. Don't mail your payment to the street address; it will be returned. There's no mail delivery there (they have an East Dennis PO box, but it doesn't seem to be listed on the web site).

- I had arranged the unit ahead of my arrival but could not get in through the security gate when I arrived with the rental truck. When I came back the next morning, the clerk apologized and gave me a free lock "for my troubles".
