Review: I needed the storage unit and the free rental truck that comes with the promotion. My storage unit was in Waukegan, and I had to go pick up the truck from the north Chicago location. The lady at the north Chicago location was not accommodating and talked me out of getting the truck because she didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think I was going to return it in time. Very disappointed. I had to rent a uhaul. Very happy with my uhaul experience. The lady at the North Chicago location did not provide good customer service and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t pick that location for a storage unit. The lady at the Waukegan location, however, was very nice and sweet.

Review: Found the monthly storage fees appropriate and when I rented the storage area, I was helped by Carlos with snow removal to the access of my storage area. My storage fit perfectly and for the time being meets our storage needs reasonably. Thanks Cubesmart!

Review: Pros- Price is very reasonable, staff was very friendly and knowledgable about all information about storage property, nice looking units with minimal dirt or daubery inside or out. Cons- Location is somewhat difficult to navigate to if you come from the wrong direction, facility is a little on the dark side. Overall I would highly recommend this facility and CubeSmart to anyone that is looking to store some household goods.

Review: Marshena was awesome. You make an appointment, and she gives you full attention to go over everything. She bent over backwards to be helpful. Be sure to bring paper proof of renters or homeowners insurance. The storage space is very easy to access, and the hours are great. I was very pleased with the experience.
