Review: The facility is well maintained. The staff have all been a joy to interact with and I am very impressed with the level of customer service Kira gave on our move in day. Kira is kind, personable, professional, and extremely thorough. She wants to make sure that the tenants are well taken care of and it shows in her interactions that she is truly representing the Public Storage company in an extremely positive light. During the time I was there, several other tenants came in and I witnessed how well she interacted with them and how happy they were when they left. It is employees like Kira that should be kept, praised, and promoted. Thanks for making our experience a great one!

Review: I am very pleased with Public Storage and the facilities where my unit is rented. My only problem would be the extra expense incurred from the "mandatory" insurance. I feel it should be optional considering that not every customer can actually afford that extra expense every month. I mean the cost of the storage unit alone can add up along with other monthly bills. Aside from the insurance issue, I have no real complaints. Thank you for your service and convenience!
