- Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had my storage for almost a year now! It was very easy to find the size I need and get the unit. Everything was virtual and literally it took just a few minutes to do paperwork and may a payment! The communication is wonderful. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been late on my storage before because the card on file had expired. They contact me and waived the late fee because of my mistake. The do random checks on the units making sure they are locked. My lock was not on properly and one of the managers called me to notify me. Also temporarily replaced my lock until I came to replace it. The best storage family ever. I will always keep mine because I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t see me going anywhere else and I can always keep stuff put away for my business! Thank you Ms. Lillian Self Storage.

- At 1st look you want to run but if you do you are wasting energy and missing out on good thing! Yes I would say the cleanliness isn't the best but that is only due to age, ware and tare. Cosmetically needs improvement but Mrs Lillians is in no way a "nasty" or even "dirty" facility. Only time worn but structurally maintained and sound! And most importantly the customer service experience is among the BEST I've ever encountered and coming from a customer service manager and extraordinaire that says a lot!! My online and phone booking was extremely fast efficient and most importantly seemless! I will continue using Mrs Lillians now and for any future storage needs!

- Was told I'd get call for access code. Never got call! Spent half a day trying to get code. Finally got a partial code. Drove to site code didn't work. Spent another hour trying contact customer service no answer. Voice mail box full. After a time of guessing code needed to be followed by #. Frustrating to say the least.
