My until was broken into and they didn't contact me then after I finally found out almost a month later they wouldn't remove their lock. Someone came out on a Sunday the day I rented the unit but I the on.time paying customer can't seem to get anyone out on a Monday afternoon.. that's funny.. seems like they're just thrives wanting your money and not giving a damn about their customers. I want my money back for this month so I can go elsewhere. Somewhere where they value the customer

The unit size was affordably priced. Everything went smoothly except for a little glitch in the process but it was rectified quickly. Elizabeth is a peach; very accommodating and apologetic. The positioning of the gate box is turned oddly. Personally, I would love to see it reposition so you don’t have to leave your vehicle to punch in codes especially if it’s raining.

The unit was in a great location and is very responsibly priced. They units are wide, double car easily fits, and it was easy to get in and out with a trailer. The facility is all online once you get your unit which makes it easy for payments. Only concern was the hours it’s open since they are so understaffed. It was suppose to be open from 9am till 5pm but they share staff with another facility till 12pm so we had to wait till then to collect our unit. They don’t advertise this online but it is in the door when you arrive. You can also go to their other facility to do set up if needed but we waited and did it there. The staff was very nice and helpful once they were there. I would recommend this place fir the space it provides but also the price, just try to be patient with the facility since they are understaffed.

Was surprised the hours of operation stop at 9 pm. Due to the excessive heat would have love to moved during the evening and night when it’s cooler. The gate access is in a unusual spot where you must exit your vehicle to enter code. The storage unit was clean and easily accessible. The young lady was very knowledgeable although when I book online it stated their was one for my electronic that was the case. She referred me to someone else who price was three times more than the original quote. I usually rent portable units that deliver to the home and pick up the storage when your finished loading or unloading. However the cost of the unit is very reasonable and has no hidden fees attached.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?An outdoor storage unit is one that has a direct access and usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within the building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
