- So far, my experience has been awesome! I had never heard of this facility until I started my research and now I'm glad I've found you guys. The premises are reasonable and the place seems secure. i received superior customer service from the manager who assisted me and if the prices remain the same, be assure you will have a customer for a long while.

- We need it storage space in a hurry so without thinking we got online and first name that came up with stories of America I never heard of the place but I decided to give it a try and I was pleased to find out that they had nice little prices customer service friendly and I paid right online was easy so afterwards I waited till about 9:00 that night and when and I was kind of discouraged because I didn't have the right code to get in the cake but all I had to do is make a phone call and they straighten it out right away upon entering nice clean facility with the parking lot incredibly clean the all the floors is nice climate control and clean so I haven't seen any other personality yet so I'm kind of thinking that it wasn't no lock or anything like that when I got there and lift up my unit door there's a lot brand new lock and a pack seat right there with the keys and I thought to myself wow how easy how much easier can it get Sprint and unload my stuff simple the people who had stories that was also friendly so I feel good about it and I actually like the place and I'm not too open about anything like that but I can honestly say that this is a good place to store your things I was thinking they should come out with an apartment building I'll be the first tenant there !!

- The lady that was in the front desk was really nice and helpful the place is really good overall the only bad thing was the bathroom it was really dirty but hey atheist it was open most storages close it after office hours and that socks.

- Just recently rented. Had a great experience. The store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable upon arrival. The facility is clean, well organized that staff have all been very pleasant and helpful even accommodated me in changing my unit when I arrived. I have been so pleased with their service that I rented a second unit in the same facility for my businesses equipment. Just a very well managed storage, unbeatable pricing and helpful staff. Even the gentleman that cleans helped us with unloading something that was to heavy for us to do alone and refused to be tipped. Could not be happier it’s the first storage I have ever had where I did not feel like I was getting ripped off or tricked into renting at one price then 3 or 6 months later finding out my “locked in rate” had doubled in price like what happened to me at public storage. Moving my things from Public Storage to this facility I am saving almost $600 a month on my two units.

- On the website it didn’t say I had to pay for a lock or insurance so that was unexpected although their insurance was inexpensive. The cheapest one was $12 that covered $3,000 which I chose. Other than that, the service was great and the process was fast!

- I arrived at this place and no one was available. Yes it was office hours . About half an hour later even after contacting rental storage of America they could not contact him even through his cell phone. This is not my disgust my discuss with having to reserve a rental unit of 5 ft x 10 ft and then asking to be shown at 5 ft × 15 ft and being asked how long I was going to keep the unit multiple times and multiple times I told them that I would have the unit until the 30% off special was available. This did not register with them. I then became frustrated and had to leave because the person that I called and operator from storage rental of America would not speak to Juan and agree to what they were trying to offer me. He kept saying that the system was not working right that there was a mix-up. I am sorry but the service was so confusing he did not want to rent and that's what I got from it the experience was terrible I was being given the runaround. Even after calling the main office. I went in thinking I was going to get a rental space and left having to feel very neglected by office and by staff.

- After I booked, I went to the facility last Friday during working hours and no one was in the front the desk to to help me. I called CS and the lady connected me with Gabriel who helped to get the security codes and closed the contract over the phone. I was able to move my stuff without any inconveniences. Thank you.

- I looked around for units that had affordable rates. Looked into this facility and decided to reserve a 5 x 10 unit. Went the same day to check out the storage units. Right away I was greeted and the staff (Alexa) was great at showing me pricing and options. This is rare in Miami! I decided to downgrade to 5 x 5 and she provided a new member discount for me. Overall give them 5 stars for cleanliness and service. Def recommend to anyone looking for extra storage.
