Review: This location had the best price in my area. Online there was one unit left in the size I needed, and when I arrived in the afternoon, it was ready for me. The staff was warm and friendly and has continued to be every visit.

Review: I made an online reservation through Square Foot , and then had to call the actual facility to ask a question. When I called them and told them that I had made the reservation, the girl said that didn't really matter because they would not know (at Square Foot) what they had available and I should call on the last day of the month (the day I would be packing my truck and moving!) and see what they had available then. I told her that I did not want to do that, I wanted to make sure that I had something already reserved and even offered to pay for the rest of this month $1 and all of next month ($60). She said again that I should just call back at the end of the month. Frustrated with the TERRIBLE SERVICE and lack of any kind of guarantee I just hung up!

Review: I thought it was great service. HIGHLY disappointed when we went on the 4th to put our stuff in the storage and the code didnt work and no one was around. Very frustrating with two loads of things and we had to go back home and unload and cover it til it opened again. Good on all other counts.

Review: The gate is still inoperable by keypad. So anyone can get in. The manager says they've been hit by lightning something like 12 times in the last year (can't remember exact amount, but it was high). Says they're waiting on new keypads...again.

Review: My experience was positive in all areas. I signed up on line and received the discount of one month for $1. There is someone living on the property which makes it easier to contact management. There is a bathroom available to customers even if the office is closed.
