- I was a day late checking in and had no problem, that was nice. The price can't be beat as I checked around. As people have said the gal isn't chipper but she was helpful and seemed to get nicer by the end (maybe I wore her down or she was glad to be rid of me)! Since I'll be using this long term, the price is what matters to me anyway. I wish they had 24 hours access instead of the ole 9-5. It was a fairly quick process. So, I'd give em an 8.5 out ta 10

- Near a homeless encampment & Some Junker cars stored here which makes me nervous but the secure gate, video monitors & presence of some nicer vehicles in storage alleviate the worries a bit.

- Woman working the office is so unfriendly and acted as if I was bothering her. Said hello, asked her how she was doing and without a greeting or eye contact how could she help me. Ok, no problem. Said I was running late and inquired if the rental van could be kept longer because my daughters roommate now needed help moving as well so would there be a late fee or what’s best to rent. Again as if I was bothering her I said Like she needed to know my issue and I finally asked her was I bothering her. Then she asks me if I had a reservation. When I return the van she says just leave the key. I mentioned that the rubber Matt in the back was damaged and she interrupted me by saying it was already like that and I said yes, it made it very difficult to move things in and out. No apology nothing. Finally I said I placed the hand truck by the storage shed so she didn’t have to carry it and yup, you guess it. No thank you, have a good day nothing! Vehicle ran great she didn’t check my ending mileage and she hates her job. They won’t see me for my business at the end of this school year!!!

- New management is awful. They are discriminatory towards people who have disabilities. I have been a customer for over three years not only did they discriminate they took my money and still refused service I have proof they took my payment.
