I was greeted by the manager Amanda, she was helpful and very sweet. She showed me a couple of units to choose from, gave me a free lock and showed me the security with all the camera and told me how my unit had its own alarm. If you are looking for a facility that has great customer service and is clean, look no further!

My move in was easy and fast, Amanda was the one who helped me, she made it fast and easy and stress free. I had reserved a 10x10 climate control unit and we she was showing me the unit she went over the rule of the property, told me that each unit has its own alarm, cameras, and a gate code security. She made me feel comfortable and confident Storing my belongings.

The first thing I noticed I pulled up was the facility looked clean and the second thing was how nice and professional the staff was. Showed me m unit to make sure that the unit would work for me. The manager Amanda talked to me about their security system was like and how each unit has their own alarm and the cameras on the property. Thank you so much for all your help in getting me a self storage unit at Pioneer Self Storage II. Luis was able to help me during the covid virus and assisted me in renting the right size unit. He actually encouraged me to rent a smaller unit and explained how to pack the unit so I could save money each month. I really liked the property because it has coded gate access, 24 hour survellaince and door alarms. I also appreciate having asst. managers on site at night to watch the property and my belongings. Thanks again. I am happy with my unit and received a fantastic monthly rental rate and the $1.00 first months rent!!
