Review: Amazing customer service. Very reasonable hours - 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week. Gated keypad entry linked with a security system for each unit. All entries and exits are automatically logged and video recorded. Amazing customer service!

Review: This was the most reasonably priced storage unit in the are for the square footage. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the units were easy to access, with wide/tall entrances, unlike some of the competing facilities. It also felt much cleaner and brighter than other facilities I've used in the past. Would highly recommend!

Review: The specs is nice. It's easily accessible, clean, safe. The staff is nice and helpful. 2 things could make it better. The check in time could and should be reduced to 10 minutes. It took 90 minutes to rent a space I'd already reserved. I understand you need my ID and we need to go over the rules. But it does not need to take that long. It's a security space. Carts should be available after office hours.

Review: The office manager really sets this place above the others. I needed a same day storage facility and this place had outstanding reviews largely in part to the employees. Well, turns out the reviews are right. I found a discount online, called the number to confirm the rate, and was told to get the quoted price, I'd have to book online. I made a mistake booking online for a different size unit and Karina immediately called me to clarify and clear up the situation. I went down to sign paperwork half an hour later and she had her system down pat. After completing the materials, I learned about the AAA discount. My father was sharing the space with me and he was AAA. Without any hesitation, she offered to redo the paperwork if my father could come down and supplied his card. I came in during the end of the month and got a "free" day since the lease renews on the 1st. They also offer automatic monthly payments to the card of your choice. The facility is safe, secure, and clean. There are gates and codes to enter and exit. The exit closes promptly at 7pm and you will be locked in if you stay too long. I enjoy my second floor unit because it gives me the flexibility to take the stairs if I have smaller items and someone is doing a big haul in or out with the vater. They have free rolling carts available for use in the office and they sell both boxes and locks. The lights in the facility are motion censored and as a young female, I never feel unsafe or "creeped out". My unit is a 10x6 and it comfortably fits a one bedroom apt if you are not a hoarder or junk collector. Karina always remembers our names, has a smile on her face, and is welcoming upon arrival. A for Safe Storage.

Review: After walking into several other storage unit which were extremely disappointing, Eddie was extremely nice and the whole place seems to assure safety. It was positive to see some people there getting items from their storage units so you know there is traffic. Also I prefer to store in a private location because the owners show more care to the customer service and reputation of their business. Many of the franchise locations have a bunch of employees who don't assure confidence and can hardly answer questions and concerns

Review: Completely blown away with the customer service from Jesse. Professional, thorough, and friendly. The facility had cameras throughout and was incredibly clean. Received 15% off for first 6 months from booking with Sparefoot which was a huge bonus. Insurance is an extra $9, unless you have your own renters insurance (which we do) so that's an added bonus. Also AAA discounts. They sell locks, tape, boxes, packing supplies etc right in the office. Also have Uhaul rentals for easier moving. Big attention to safety of their customers belongings. Overall, I am hugely impressed by this business. I am so happy I decided to go with them. One less thing to worry about!

Review: The place was super easy to find and Pierre, the associate went beyond the call of duty to help us find exactly what met our needs, not to mention all of the discounts for us. We were even offered cold bottled water (it was such a hot day) and that was a great experience for us. I would give hime more than just five stars if I could. Review: Upon arriving, I was met with a gentleman who was just a few weeks into his job. He needed a few moments of help when inputting me into the computer, but this wasn't too big of a deal. He was very nice and friendly and everything went smoothly. The premises is secure; having a drop-down gate rod block any vehicles from getting into the complex. Most of the storage units are internal, and the inside is very well-kept. Overall, I'm very happy with choosing this location!

I didn't expect much since they had the best price, but when I got there I was in for a pleasant surprise. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the facility was clean and very secure, and there were extras included in the price that I didn't expect. Review: The site manager, Karina, was wonderfully helpful and professional. However, my "5x10" locker (50 sq. ft.) measured only 5.5 x 8.0 (44 sq. ft), so take a tape measure when you check out your locker. They seem to have only 3 rolling carts, which seems too few when considering how busy moving days are in such a large facility. However, Karina let me use the office's 2-wheel dolly, another example of her fine service. Note: With a fully loaded rolling cart, the floor thresholds by the elevators can cause your load to rock or fall, so beware.
