I had a very good experience. Gina at the Mariners Dr location was excellent. She was fast, friendly, professional and very helpful. Are unit was clean. My only negative thing is there is A LOT of homeless living around the establishment. I am highly concerned our unit will be broken in to. I like that they have security cameras and key code entrances to both build and outside gate. Online check in is excellent idea. Highly convenient!!

Treated very well. I would recommend this location and it is clean. Gina one of the staff members in particular was always very helpful, polite, and professional. I was at this location for about 6 and half to 7 yrs and throughout that time not one bad experience. The only reason I gave 4 stars due to the price increase. I'm sure it was in the contract; just seemed high for the smallest unit.

I came in to see if there were any units available but they said they wouldn't have any until tomorrow. Gina and Mary were very helpful and tried to find one at the other locations for me. No one has one ready to rent so they put me on the waiting list and said they'll call me as soon as a unit is available. I appreciate their efforts in helping look for a storage.

I needed a storage space for a lot of furniture during a transition between temporary housing locations. Katrina at the Mariner's Lane location in Stockton,CA was extremely helpful, cordial and efficient. She even helped me out when I forgot my card with access codes at my old house that was an hour away. The facilities are clean, well secured and I'm delighted with the customer service. Really happy with the amount of storage I get for the price, too.

However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
