- The computer system was down so the attendant was having a difficult time since there were two different dates of moving in. I was frustrated at first, but the attendant made sure to assist me as much as possible. At the end all worked out.

- We had an amazing experience at Public Storage at Irvine Whatney. The experience was different due to the Covid situation but Public Storage has really streamlined the entire process. The associate helping us was extremely knowledgeable and nice, he walked us through the entire process and made sure we were happy with everything. The facility was flawless with climate control. - I would have liked to know ahead of time the additional costs that would be associated with renting the unit. If there is mandatory insurance, just add it in the price. Don't surprise me later. Also the service fee and the cost of the lock. Just tell me up front on the website. When I came in on and there were more and more costs I felt like I was getting screwed over and wish I knew what other storage facilities were charging for these extra fees.

- This place is always super clean and the staff is really friendly. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because their office hours don't offer a lot of flexibility with normal business hours and its really difficult for me to get there after work in time before they close. They also don't allow use of the carts after the office hours and so i almost always have to bring my own dolly because I can't make it during the office hour time frame.

- Abdullah is more than a 5-star worker. He served us past his business time, we arrived at the location 5:10, completed forms as first-time customers with his assistance and finished everything at almost an hour after, showing us the unit, giving us the code, asking us nicely if we need any supplies, explaining us the payment, the manner of payment, and more. During this time, he did not show any way of rushing me or him working past his usual business time. I would definitely refer this place because of the excellent service. Public Storage Management should know how their worker like Abdullah makes great contribution to the success of the company.

- Due to a delay in renovation I had to store furniture. Looked around and priced options, Was pleasantly surprised when Public Storage was able to provide climate control units at less than other storage facilities. [without climate control] The actual storage facility and unit were spotless. Abdullah in the front office was extremely helpful and patient, and explained the process. I would definitely use Public Storage again should the need arise.

- The building and units are very nice and new. The staff was friendly. I understand why they have to lock the carts after office hours, but it is inconvenient. Also, leases are month-to-month, so the introductory price I paid isn't guaranteed for any length of time. This defeats the purpose of shopping around, since I may have to move in another month or two. They give one month's notice. It would be nice to have the price locked-in if I sign a lease for a certain term.

- We are a military family and have traveled far and wide frequenting many storage facilities. I can say with ease and pleasure that Public Storage has been the best experience. The staff are above and beyond with every request. They make the rental process smooth and quick. The facility is super clean, offers nice moving carts, the lighting is good and they have a magic button that holds the door open when moving multiple items. The facility also has clean restrooms which is a gigantic bonus after a long drive. Thank you Public Storage.

- Hello, I am very happy with the person that assisted me and with the unit itself. I am a little dissatisfied with the security and landscaping around the facility. I have been going to the storage unit regularly since I moved in right before Xmas and the exit gate has not been closed. With the landscaping, there has been a tree limb down near the entrance gate and it was been partially in the entrance lane for two weeks and than I arrived one day and the landscapers were there and I (anyone) would have thought they would have removed it; but no, they just drug it off the street and left it in the planters where it still is today. DUH this is not a company that should be paid.
