The staff is very easy to work with the property is very clean the only exception is that there are only two elevators. The last two times that we have taken trips over there the other people moving in or out formed lines to use the elevators instead of taking turns so it was very frustrating getting our stuff initially moved in. We spoke to a couple of people that had been waiting for the elevator for over an hour and a half. The storage facility also has very limited hours 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. gate access instead of 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. like most other properties.

I began by making a reservation by phone. It was through a third party but the representative was still very friendly and very patient and throroughly answered my 101 questions. I showed up to the storage facility within an hour of the phone reservation and began moving my things into the unit within 15 minutes. The rep on site was just as friendly and answered my additional questions graciously. They even offer auto payments which is super convenient. I wish the 5x5 unit was less than $50 all year but $69 including insurance is not bad i guess.

It all began with great customer service in the front office. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. When I told them I wasn't too sure about which size unit I wanted they both said let's go look and I would have a feel for what would work for me. Sure enough, I did and chose the 10X15 unit. The place was very clean and security is awesome. The fact that I got unlimited use of the carts was very nice also. I had a great stress-free experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs storage.

What an experience compared to our last storage facility! Barbara was a so awesome. She helped us pick the best unit for us, which was a bit bigger than we reserved initially. She was helpful and sweet. Excellent customer service! There were nice big carts that made getting our stuff to the 2nd floor so easy, along with a nice roomy elevator, and smooth floors. Door rolls up & down very easily. This place is super clean, very secure, they ebb do "garage sales" to help you get rid of stuff you don't need. the office being open on Sundays is really nice too. They sell drinks & have a very nice restroom inside the office too. I think there's a porta potty outside foebwhen the office is closed. Music plays inside for a little extra motivation while you're moving stuff. This place has it all!!!!

It is a great place, clean, safe where you can store your belongings. The lifts are spacious and the whole place is well lit. You can park your car close to the building where your unit storage is. Then you borrow one of these carts on which you put your stuff and carry it with no hassle nor pain to your unit. Barbara is very nice and patient, she walked me through the whole process and helped me set up into my new storage room.Everyone there is friendly. Yes, I recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage space!

I'm very happy with this facility. It definitely lived up to the reviews I read here. Barbara assisted us with our paperwork and showed us around. She was very nice, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. It's close to the 22, so very easy highway access if you don't live in Garden Grove. Very happy with the security. You have to enter your code to get in and out of the gate, and also to get in the elevator to the storage units. The road next to the units is a little narrow, which is where you park while loading/unloading, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. There's music playing in the building with the storage units, which was really nice! We happened to come a little after 1pm and no one was in the office - there was a sign saying they'll return at 2pm, so we ran some errands and came back. Barbara apologized and explained she was there by herself that day, and that it wasn't the norm, so I didn't let it affect my review here, but thought I would mention it because I want the review to be 100% honest. Overall, I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them to others! :-)
