Review: I found this place at the perfect moment in a lucky day with the right prices! Moving and storing your two bedroom furniture in two days with almost no help Is not easy!! The fact that I got this unite eso easy it took minutes on line, got extra boxes at their office and the customer service is refreshing, made the whole experience a really fun one!

Review: I reserved my unit online. I had a follow up call to make sure I didn't have any questions and made sure I had received my text message with the gate code and instructions. When I got there the young man was happy to explain the entrance process. I did love that you pull into the actual building to unload, perfect in this Arizona heat.

Review: This is a new facility, and right now there are some bargains to be had since storage in Phoenix seems pretty overpriced to begin with. The managers were helpful, but there are not enough carts for the amount of units for moving your stuff in and out especially at the first of the month. Also, not really easy to get into and out of if you have a rental truck or anything larger than a car to transport your items. Is very clean though, and a large facility.

Review: seems ok. codes didn't work. I had to wait awhile for property manager to return to get that fixed. Big exit Garage door was broken. Was not able to enter garage. I had to unload everything outside and bring through a pedestrian door. Unit is clean. Elevators are dirty from use. It will probably work.

Review: Good value for the size, amenities, and location. Front office friendly and knowledgeable, clearly explain the process, timelines, fees, expectations. Storage unit clean and maintained. Interior loading bay needs to be cleaned and maintained better throughout the day and monitored for people picking up their items and not leaving them or trash behind, e.g. discarded cardboard boxes, food and drink containers were left in boxes next to elevator walls for 2 days.

Review: The move in was a little crowded but still went smoothly. Most employees were very helpful, especially Jeremy. The facilities were very clean although the elevator was a little dirty but that’s to be expected with such high traffic that day. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this place.
