We serve the communities of Paradise Valley, East Scottsdale, Moon Valley, Moon Valley Canyon, Lookout Mountain and North Central Phoenix. Our self storage facility has many features including 24 HOUR ACCESS every day of the year, free of charge, video surveillance, electronic control access gates and alarms on all of the storage unit doors. Since we are not on the major arteries, our ingress and egress is easy. The 24 hour access gives you the peace of mind that you are able get to your storage unit and retrieve your special items any time of the day or night. We have a variety of storage unit sizes* ranging from 5' x 5' to as large as 12' x 30'. In addition to regular storage spaces, we also have spaces are climate controlled with evaporative cooling. Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, or antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate-controlled unit. Climate-controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests it.
