- Very pleased with my decision to rent a unit from SpareBox. The rental fee is very reasonable, the facility is neat and has easy access to the units. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s gated and has security cameras.

- BEWARE!!! I have 1 unit in Gentry AR, and 2 in Bentonville AR... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY RENTAL EVER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! 1st they tried to charge me for a unit 5 feet larger than the one I actually have... had to take a tape measure out with a manager to prove I was right. 2nd from beginning they have had Name, Address, Email... wrong and the more I try to get if fixed the worse it gets. 3rd raising rents without notification, adding insurance without notification, but they say they have sent notifications to incorrect emails, and mailing addresses. 4th was never able to make payments online as promised... kept having to call in every month, for over a year, and after spending hours (literally) kept being promised it was fixed this time.... but each following month it was not and I would have to call again 5th after making payments, which I made in advance, within 24 hours I'm getting text messages on my phone telling me it's not paid, then late fees being assessed, then threats of lock out and threats of liens!!! NEVER BEEN LATE!!! 6th Called and made numerous requests for a supervisor, or someone from corporate to contact me to resolve all issues... promised a call back within 72 hours- NOTHING, Same with online forms, even certified letters sent to corporate offices. This month I called at least 12 times, have spoke to at least 12 people, none of them supervisors or corporate... all at an overseas call center. I was on the phone with one person over 52 minutes and still NO RESOLUTION!!! There's so much more but these are the highlights.

- You’ll sign up at a “low rate” but they will raise your rent every 2-3 months. Really not worth it. Try to store things at home.

- A whole bunch of storage units here at Sparebox have flooded with this recent rain shower! Thousands of dollars worth of household goods are going into the dumpster bin thanks to the horrible drainage system. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t store anything here that you would not leave out in the weather.

- The constant increase in rent since the this company has taken over is absurd. The current rent peices on thwir website also show they are onky upping the current renters rent not making it an increase straight across. The competition is also lower when offering the same...so not really due to "property tax increase" or others would be changing their rates.(I have leased from other companies so not my 1st time doing this) Was told by an employee today that the increase pays the workers salaries and I frankly am not okay with that. My unit is covered in bugs, which wasn't an issue with previous owners, and when asked they said it wasn't their job to spray the units. Yet the employee stated part of the increase was to also maintain the property ans units....not much maintaining when it's all concrete & sheet metal nor when all units keep getting bugs due to lack of pest control around the buildings.

- It was really difficult to find the storage unit and the customer service person said that everything in a studio apartment would fit in a 5x10, but i am thinking I should have got a 10x10. I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been able to figure out if I can just pay the difference and move to a 10x10, but this was quick and fairly simple and worked in a pinch

- The only negative was the salesperson on the 1-800 line said my rent fee Wb 1/2 price for 1st month. Which it was but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t tell me about the $20 processing fee so it came out to be the full price But nice faculty. I am happy with the unit and I would recommend it to others

- Reserved sight unseen since we are moving from another state. Very easy access, drive up to the unit to unload. Clean and affordable. Promotion for a discount the first 2 months was a bonus!!

- We had to clean out spider webs, dirt, debris, dead bugs before I could put anything inside. It would have been helpful to talk to someone prior to know exactly how this would work and to ask all of our questions.
