The local owner is very friendly and helpful and took the time to show me everything. He did not try to rush me, and made sure I understood everything. The building is fairly new, and the storage door is easy to open and close. I previously rented from this location when it was under different management. I also had a stellar experience when I rented here previously. Highly recommend this facility for climate-controlled storage.

- I have never rented a storage facility before, but have heard a host of horrible stories. This made me apprehensive to book a unit, but due to some moving situations it needed to be done. And honestly, it had been a splendid process. Superior Storage is an extremely clean facility, their staff are kind and helpful, and the entire process was so easy. I had lots of questions along the way and representative were constantly available via email, phone, and in person to help out. They provided me with a secure lock (great bonus) and the unit was in pristine condition. I would HIGHLY recommend Superior Storage!
