- Have been in the unit almost three years and the price went up 130$ since we moved into it. No reason for increase. The property didn't get any better to store our stuff in. A 10x30 at 300$ a month is ridiculous. Found a better one for 160$ that won't price gouge us. Vince was helpful. He tried to get us $ back after we moved out. The company itself is crap. I would not recommend at all.

- Overall best move-in deal and lowest monthly rate in Spokane and the surrounding areas including Medical Lake Airway heights Spokane valley I looked everywhere and have rented from a few different places already like ABC U-Haul and Monarch. The only downside is that it does not have 24-hour access. But most likely if you're not doing things that you shouldn't be that's probably not an issue ? the best perk is the digital access because with the app on your phone you can simply tap open on whatever door you choose to automatically open the doors instead of entering codes. - I found this place online and selected it because it seemed to have the best price. I completed most of the application process online and signed my contracts online. After speaking to Andrew, who was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Because this facility is on two sides of the street, You definitely need to locate your unit on the map before you visit. Otherwise, once I got into the gate,it was very easy to find and the facility is super neat and clean all the way around. Be aware that price quoted online does not include insurance. I was charged an additional $16 a month for renter's insurance. I think there are ways to get around this charge, but I'm not sure. I think I will check if my homeowner's insurance will cover it.
