- I got a storage unit in the climate controlled section at a reduced price and quickly found out why. These units are not climate controlled. I've been to the unit on multiple occasions where the outside temp has been in the 80's and 90's and not once has an AC unit been running and the inside temp of the unit is just as humid as the outside. I also called to notify the facility but it goes to a call center and nothing was fixed.

- I wanted to like this place and initially gave them a good review for the ease of renting a RV space. It's been downhill ever since. The place is extremely dirty, I have called regarding that with no action on their part. Ever since I moved in the breaker on my power supply keeps tripping and my batteries are constantly dead due to this. They refuse to fix that and do not have a another space to put me in where I will have power. I checked unfair price above because why am I paying for a space with no power? They keep telling me that they will pass everything along to the manager, but refused to give me their name or location. I'm guessing they are somewhere overseas as is the helpline. Very sad situation overall. They just want your money with no service. I will be looking around for another facility and advise anyone to stay away from this place.
