- Prime Storage is a basic, budget storage provider. It's clean enough, but some of the doors are broken. You don't get much more than the essentials. They have been easy enough to work with and helpful enough after someone broke into my unit and messed up my stuff. But hard to really feel good about a place that didn't keep my belongings safe. I hope I can find my own place soon and get my stuff out!

She even stayed a little bit after closing to make sure my driver got to the location safely. The location is well secured with keypad access code entry, proper lighting, and cameras. The overlock should never have been there in the first place. Had to contact office and then have it removed. Acted like it was my fault. The staff used to be pleasant when I first signed up but not anymore. Not feeling so welcome.
