- The Customer Service person was extremely rude, she even closed the gate doors on my help as we were driving in gates. She wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, keep asking same questions over again. Walked away from me as I was speaking, and even left the room without notifying me. All she was worried about was eating, and when the store closed. Because she wanted to leave. I'm stuck with this company for this month, but I will be looking for another storage place as well. Horrible horrible horrible. That's all I can honestly say.

- An overlock was left on my unit a few weeks ago. Not sure why as I am current on my payment. Maybe wrong unit. It was such a major inconvenience as I drove far to get to my unit. The overlock should never have been there in the first place. Had to contact office and then have it removed. Acted like it was my fault. The staff used to be pleasant when I first signed up but not anymore. Not feeling so welcome.
