- I am very happy with the service ive gotten from Romeo, the property manager of the facility. He's gone above and beyond to resolve a few issues I've had with checking in and an issue with the elevator i had yesterday. It was down and my unit is on the 5th floor. And the other elevator only goes to the 4th floor so he went with me to the 4th floor and helped me take my stuff up to the 5th floor via the back stairwell. The space is perfect for my needs as well. Im extremely happy with the unit and service I've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend then to my family and friends.

- I was very impressed by the customer service, however, I am very disappointed that for over a week the security gate has not worked. This is telling me that you do not seem to care about the security of your tenant's belongings. I am actually sorry I went with your facility - that being said has nothing to do with the extreme courtesy of the attendant. I am a single older woman going in alone and did not feel safe at all.
