- I need to storage some items before downsizing to an apartment and rented a unit at Extra Space Storage. The online process was easy and the representative and manager I spoke with were very helpful and informative. The building and unit are impeccably clean and the codes for the door and elevator are simple to use. My only complaint (which I saw from another customer) is the fees not being known upfront. I received a promotional rate which was great but I had to purchase insurance and the contract says there is no guarantee for how long the rate will remain at the price I paid for the first month. My rate then will go from $33 $11/mo insurance) to $86 $11/mo insurance. I just wish they were more transparent with their pricing but everything else was perfect.

- After losing my home of 40 years and my mother within weeks of each other,the two gentlemen working their first Abraham and then Anthony have been a blessing to deal with pros like them. They are understanding of my situation and try and help however they can, be it just listening to me vent even if it has nothing to do with storage, or making suggestion on options when I needed a 2ed storage unit, looking into a possibility of a leak in one unit (was not but something we keep eye on). It make storing my things I have left my life easier and I know they are secure and in good hands.
