I went yesterday after booking with the app and was handed the keys in under 5 minutes. I had an issue with the app and the people at the desk were very courteous. They let me in, then came over to me and helped me with the app to make sure I was set for next time. Wished me good luck and said feel free to ask for anything. One of the warmest customer service experiences Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had in a very long time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a unit.
