- We had to call the help number due to arriving with uhual and our unit not opening. (I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.

The manager is incredibly friendly and helpful, and was able to answer the questions we had, even allowing us to choose a different unit of the same size that looked better to us. the actual paperwork was easy to fill out and she explained everything for that as well in an easy to understand way.
