The unit is in a drive-thru building with code-locked doors, which makes for easy loading and adds extra security. The unit was very clean and the entire building had no strange smells, which seems weird to point out, but was a relief to me. Units require a cylindrical lock, but they have them on-site for purchase if needed.

- We had to call the help number due to arriving with uhual and our unit not opening. (I cut my hand pretty deep on the metal handle) the online customer service rep said we had to get the next size up and pay an addition 35 dollars, because "they didn't have any other units open" when I pressed that I specifically bought the size I needed/price I wanted to pay- he spoke to the store manager and there was suddenly other options. Other than that, we are happy.
