- This the second unit I rented here. I like this place because they don't charge you lots of extra fees. The other place I checked offered the first months rent for free, but they charged all kinds of administrative fees and wanted me to buy their over priced lock and insurance. They sure made up for the giving the first month away for free.The people here are very nice. I liked this place because it was fenced and had a security gate. They also have lots of cameras and the manager said she lived there on site.
