- I originally entered into a contract with the prior owners of the facility and prepaid for one year. Prime storage the. Bought the facility and kept sending me emails that I HAD to sign a new contract, even though I already have a contact and have prepaid. When I didn’t sign the new contract, I received an email that they are now restricting access to my storage unit! So I have prepaid AND they won’t let me have access to my storage items. I went in yesterday to clean out one unit and signed a new contract for the other unit and once again, prepaid another year for those contents. Tried to access the building this morning and the garage door is broken and I had to walk around the building on the opposite side to get into a side door. My “access was denied” so apparently the inept clerk forgot to reset my restricted access. Beware that if you rent there and don’t prepay, after approx 2 months, they jack up the rates over 50%! I’d like to know how they can lawfully restrict access to a storage unit that is under contract and prepaid?

- Reserved my unit online which was a very easy process it really breaks down exactly what size unit you will need for your move. When I came into the facility I was greeted with a nice smile and warm welcome. We went and toured my particular storage unit and I was pleased with the accessibility. I was informed that I would HAVE to purchased one of their locks which was $20 I wasn't expecting to spend. Also throughout the process I felt constantly pressured to purchase additional items. I also wish it was outlined online that you HAVE TO purchase insurance. I was more than happy to purchase it for myself however I do wish would've been informed of that prior to my visit. I walked in expecting to only spend $25 and walked out spending $100. They assured me I was spending more out of pocket now so that my monthly price was cheaper which it was so I didn't complain to much about the pricing. I just wish I would've been informed of the extra cost prior to coming in. Other than that I had a good experience with the office and will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. If you decide to go with this place expect to spend more than advertised on website. These units are definitely the best priced in town I looked at a lot I different units before making the decision to go with public storage.

- From the moment you walk in until you leave after renting a unit with them they treat you like you matter. They make sure your unit is the right size,they want to make sure that you have what you need to protect your valuables and your whatever keepsakes you have that are sentimental to you.
