- I was disappointed to find the unit was full of spider webs, and some dirt. It has mouse holes in it, but there were no signs of mouse traps. The customer service was excellent. Truthfully, I will refer this unit to my family and friends it the unit is cleaned prior to move in. One of my movers said if they clean the unit he will rent one because it will be closer to his house.

- Gate code did not work. Sat in near dark waiting for a return phone call that I NEVER DID get. Was told there would be a lock inside Unit....there was none! The fact that I am a 75 yr old handicapped woman, I LOADED MY CAR to move in....then had to UNLOAD it because I had to transport a 80 and 90.yr old couple. The the next day I had to REPACK the car in hopes one of the TWO gate EMERGENCY codes ,given the SECOND day would work. Why the person I spoke to The first night didn't have that information is above and beyond me! VERY dissatisfied with all the extra work I had todo..extra trip I had to make...no lock as promised! Terrible communications...and apparent disregard for Customer they got my money!!

- I reserved a unit online and when I got to the facility. It had a note on the door saying that they'll return at 11am. Waiting 40 mins still no one returned. I called the number and registered and received the gate code. When I entered I looked for the unit that they gave me. To my surprise it was not a unit that started with a zero after driving around. I called back and got someone in another country who swore to me that their was a 0225c and laughed at me when I told her theirs no such unit. No number's start with a zero, then she swore the unit was a 10x10 and it was actually a 5x7 or 5x9. After 2hrs sitting in the truck dealing with this. I asked for a different unit and was given a unit that was in fact a 10x10. I was transferred to someone who switched my unit under my name. This was the worst experience ever with this place. So hell no!! I wouldn't recommend this facility ever! Run from the drama. I made a suggestion to the lady over the phone. to update their map and make sure that someone is onsite to help. Not one unit starts with a zero wth!
