- With one phone call I was able to reserve a 5x5 storage unit. I drove to the facility but the gate was locked and no office. A sign directed me to a furniture store, but they had nothing to do with the storage facility. I found a telephone number on the reservation. I left a message and waited 45 minutes for a call back. A 5x5 was not available but I was finally able to rent a 5x10 at a different location . A lot of my time was wasted because of an outdated sign.
