| It kind of freaked me out when they called and said I could not use my credit card -- some kind of technology upgrade going on. I do not keep that kind of cash on hand, and I do not drive, so had no way to get to a bank before they were to arrive. They did drive me round trip to an ATM, but that was a bad customer service issue. | |
