- I’ve never had a storage unit, so I was a bit confused as to how it worked but the gentleman I spoke to before my move in day was very helpful and informative. He went over the whole process and it was very easy. I was a bit confused looking for the actual unit, again I’ve never had one, so I didn’t realize the small “door” led to a hallway with different storage units. Just my oversight. The only thing I was a tad bummed about was I thought I’d get one of the units with the “garage dooor” as the main access point, not through a small “garage door” and into A hallway. Probably my oversight and I could’ve easily asked, but that’s the only small downside. I have one or two large pieces (large sofa) that I’m not sure will make it into the unit but I can store it at my parents house thankfully for the time being. Other than that small hiccup, it was a very smooth and easy process.
