- I had a 5 x 5 with Extra Space Storage for about a year then I moved and wanted to try something new. With Extra Space, I was happy with the storage, but they kept raising the price every other month. I am hoping that Public Storage is not as quick to raise prices since storage is not exactly a necessity of life. The metal door on my outside storage unit let some snow in which I wasn't too happy about. They plowed the lanes and banked snow high against the bottom of the door. However, the staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. The space seems a little bit smaller than what I had but maybe it's the way it's allocated--taller rather than more ground space. I just moved in, so I don't have a lot to say, but so far I'm pretty satisfied and I feel my stuff will be safe.

- I came in back in May and Amanda assisted me with setting up my storage unit. She was efficient and helpful all along the way. She gave me a tour of the facility and explained the hours of operation and that the storage unit is secure and safe. I highly recommend her and this facility to store their items. Lastly, I was able to get a discount for a larger unit due to reserving online. The promotion is only for a few months so it is temporary, but one can save during the in-between time.
