Review: Renting it over the summer: - Staff were all very helpful and friendly. They let me take a look at the different storage units before I decided on renting one. - Love that they have pick up and drop off service. It's free when you're moving in but you have to pay to get your stuff sent back afterwards but it's only about $30 so it isn't too bad. - Student storage was plenty big for all my dorm stuff and there's even plenty of space to fit in another person's stuff.

Review: I have always had wonderful cooperation from the staff with any concerns or difficulties that I encounter. They are knowledgeable and friendly and have great customer service technique. The facilities are always clean and sometimes there is even music when one of the bands using the stalls to store their equipment come to rehearse. The only difficulty I encounter is there are not enough flatbed carts available to use for transporting materials to be stored. I like the dryness to preserve sensitive objects like books and carpets. The price jump was a little bit high but I can live with that. Keep up the good work. Thank You.

Review: We really enjoy the space for band rehearsals. The space is large enough to accommodate all our gear at a fair price. Split between the four of us it isn't much at all. We really enjoy the location and the 24/7 access since are schedules are so different and meeting at typical times isn't an option. This space is secure and everyone seems pleasant and let's you do your thing. Best rehersal spot in tge burgh. I highly recommend it.

Review: There aren't too many places in Pittsburgh where one can easily acquire space to do art, or to play music. Especially your own space with some amenities: - 24/7 access to get it - heater in room - bathrooms downstairs - parking - excellent security - great customer service - ease of paying bill online The only con that I have, but it's actually kind of a pro is this: I thought the walls were soundproof, for recording. However, you get to hear other bands and find out where and when their shows are (bulletin by elevator). It's also in a great location on the Southside, and they're always trying to work to improve the place (they changed to ventilation vents for each room recently and painted). Definitely recommend this place.

Review: The staff has all been very friendly and helpful. I had to upgrade to a bigger unit after originally filling out the paper work and it was quick and easy to upgrade or downgrade. The facility is clean and a really nice part was there was a free truck to move in. It can be hard getting around all the corners to some units with some items but we were able to navigate easily enough, just took a bit longer with the elevator and turns.
