- My experience was absolutely terrible, when I arrived the gate did not work. I had to call tech support to let me in. When I opened my unit the entire door fell off and hit me in the head. The unit also had water spots all throughout it from a leaking roof. Luckily there was a guy working in the office that day that was able to swap my unit for another one. Once I got the 2nd unit the door was extremely difficult to open and close. I am a healthy 35 year old male, but this storage unit is for my 65 year old mother. I am afraid she won’t even be able to open it. Also when I made my first reservation it was 2 months free, but later finalized it and it was only the remainder of just the month of May, not even 1 full month. I am extremely dissatisfied with the unit and the my entire experience.

- Each on-line order process, regardless of company entails some level of frustration, wasted time and quite often, quitting the process altogether. The fact comes to mind that the system designers no longer know how to think as a first-time user. As an example, when the commit click results in no action, what is the reason? No note, no redline, no indication the password does not meet the criteria, no flag if you were seeking to move in earlier (in my case four days). It took four passes and two calls to finally receive a new link that worked. The company might consider bringing a few individuals without experience with your booking platform with the system personnel observing the points of difficulty/confusion. PS: In filling out the stars, the click does not affect the chosen star, the number appears on the next line. Also, the whole sign-up took over 40 minutes including the phone calls.
