You want me to give a true response no problem, but have to read a bunch of terms and agreement for you to post, seriously, not reading all the gobble de guek!!! You want the opinion

Review: I will only be using the storage unit for 2-3 months. So when we went looking for one this was actually the closes one to our home. When I arrived I was greeted by Nancy. She is a very thoughtful professional person. She explain all the options, and the must have lists with me. Everything she presented was clear & even clarified with me. I hope that Public Storage knows that she is a great team member. The reason for the 4 stars - mainly because the facility gate is always given me/us issues getting inside. The lighting in the hallways could be brighter (it is more of the motion detectors issue - they come on and are not very bright). I mentions this because other folks I have met & talked to have the same issue. Once again, Nancy at this facility is outstanding. Looking forward to being a Public Storage customer/client in the future.

Review: Visited this location about 45 minutes to a hour ago and I must say th two ladies at the counter Nancy and Tiffany were very helpful I am still undecided on investment with storage as the units have become pricey compared to other facilities and options in the area yet they were so pleasant to deal with and quick to answer any and all question mark in sure very soon I'll end up paying more just to have them to be able to answer questions and help me along the way of my lease

She explained the different sizes of the storage units to me and even took me to see the room that I was inquiring about. Review: I just started an account with public storage in Pasadena, MD and I Have to say my experience there so far has been wonderful :) Nikki the front desk person was very patient and accommodating. I was uncertain of what size to get and went back 3 separate times, the final being with my husband. And each and every time Nikki was just as pleasant, patient and accommodating as the first. She is very knowledgeable and helpful too. I love that the units are all climate control and I love that they offer the reservation discount. I also am a huge price compare shopper and I found their prices to be better than the others while offering more than the others. Also, the above and beyond customer service by Nikki made the whole experience a triple A+++.

Review: Outstanding customer service from Nicky and Lindsey. They made the process seamless and have earned my business and referrals to anyone who may need a storage facility. I have a mobility issue, and they were very supportive to my unique needs. The facility itself is always clean, and i feel safe going there at different times of the day.

Review: Public Storage is very well located off of a main highway and close to my home. The building is climate controlled which is a big plus when storing seasonal items. The staff is so efficient and ready to assist with selection and supply purchases. This is the second time I have used their storage facilities, and I am happy with their services.
