Unit is located in a great location. Right next to the campus that appeals to you. Pricing is great. Hours could be better but it's not the end of the world.

The only vacant was available was 4 days prior to my arrival. The rate was better than other nearby storages along with the size. I took a chance and booked the storage knowing I wouldn’t arrive. I called and spoke with Eva and she told me that she would hold it. On my arrival date I called to make it was still available and she said yes waiting on you. What a relief thanks Eva for everything!!!

This is a revised review to the one I left the other day, only giving one star to all categories. That was an error on my behalf. It was supposed to be 5 stars for each. Eva was very nice to work with, and is very conscious about the condition if the units. My only concern, that I didn’t include in my first review, because the unit is outside, is if it will stay dry and not smell like mold when I remove my items in 5 months. At the time of move in, it was pretty dry, so I hope it remains that way.

This was my first time getting a storage unit so I was really excited. The staff that helped me out was very nice to me and explained everything well. One thing I kind of found irritating was that my pin that I set isn’t working at the gate to get in but the staff gave me another temporary pin to use in the mean time. It isn’t their fault, it’s probably something to do with the system which in understandable. The storage I got was a 5x5 and I blame myself for this but next time I will definitely look in person at the size before hand because with the things I have it’s kind of a cramp to get things in. But overall great unit and staff.

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items that you store. Storage facility's insurance provides protection for the location that houses the storage units and not the contents of individual storage units. If your homeowner insurance doesn't cover your items, usually the facility manager will help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions would be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renters insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but the coverage does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID(driver’s license, state ID or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6am – 10pm seven days a week, you can access your unit by using your individual gate code. During office hours, the company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements and billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests otherwise.
