Review: My unit was stopless and it was very easy to complete the rental online. The location is terrific for me as well. The complex seems secure and safe, and I would not hesitate to access my unit at any time of day. I priced similar units within 15 miles and this facility was the best price and value for the money. Recommended!

Review: I was desperate for a good storage place that would accommodate my daughter's procrastinating to secure a storage space by the end of her freshman semester. I learned just May 1, 2019 that SHE DIDN'T GET ONE!!! Unbeknownst to Public Storage in Dover, I was toting all of her (daughter's) stuff in the car when I called Public Storage. Got an answering service who then referred me directly to Dover storage on 653 Jefferic Blvd! I spoke to "LIZ"who saved the day!!! She was Great, Knowledgable, And she also provided awesome customer service. I'm talking she really saved the day and allowed me to have space in the car (after we put her stuff in the 5x10) to tote my daughter back to DC.

Review: Trish is the best! She's fun, helpful knowledgeable and definitely NOT RUDE! She even paid the $0.24 we apparently owed from transferring from a large unit to a smaller one because it was the end of the month out of her own pocket. The place is clean and well maintained. Swift, but professional service. Sure, the prices may be a bit up there, but we're happy with the service all around. We highly recommend it!

Review: Although the employee who assisted me was friendly and incredibly helpful, the facility hours are limited and the facility itself is not well maintained. There is broken glass in the driving lanes and trash all around the fence-line where people have obviously decided to part with their property and instead of disposing of it properly toss it over the fence. Perhaps this facility can partner with a charity and make available a depository for people to put their unwanted property so that it may be used by charity.
