Review: My stuff was in an 18 wheeler moving van. I had been told several facilities were accessible but not true. Went to this one and at least the van could park in driveway. They had a space, we got a truck and the movers shuttled the stuff to the space. They even opened the gate so we could go back & forth after the gate closed to get done. Great folks and willing to help!

Review: We used this facility to store furniture for a few months. My son went to pick up the items out of the unit and he put a couple of old mattresses by the dumpster, there were several other items of furniture had been placed already. Understandably the woman at the facility called my mom and said that we need to remove those items. My son drove an hour back to the facility and removed the mattresses he had put there. It wasn’t long til my mom got a call from the woman at the facility saying we left the other items there. My mom tried to explain that the other items were not ours, and pretty much got talked over and blessed out by the woman. I tried to call the woman and explain the situation to her. She didn’t answer the phone. Shortly afterwards my 75 yr old mother gets charged $75 on her card for not cleaning up other people’s junk. I’ve used public storage in other places and got good service. Apparently management of a storage facility is more than this woman can handle. Sadly unprofessional.
