- My move took 3 days and a few trips to Life Storage it was extremely stressful not knowing exactly how much stuff I had until I packed it all up. Dennis at Life Storage made my life allot simpler. First I reserved a 5'X 10' online, then when I got to the facility Dennis helped me to downgrade it to a 5'X 5' because online they don't tell you about the addition $14 - $16 monthly insurance charge on top of the monthly fee. Then the next day when the movers came, their entire truck was filled and I still had things left so I felt I needed an additional 5'X 5' unit which Dennis found me one close to the first unit. The move took all day until about 3:30pm and I called Life Storage to ask what time they close and Dennis answered and told me 4pm. I was in the middle of moving things in my personal vehicle and told Dennis I couldn't make it there until 4:15pm to pick up the Life Storage Van I reserved. Dennis stayed late just to make sure I was able to get the Van. The next day I was able to combine the contents of my 1st storage unit into my second unit and Dennis helped me to cancel the first unit. Dennis went above and beyond what was required from his job to ensure my accommodation needs were met. Dennis definitely portrayed exemplary customer service skills and I will definitely recommend anyone moving to the Alexandria area to give Life Storage a call if they are in need of storage. Thank you Dennis, its people like you that define the term "Customer Satisfaction."
