- I understand the no-human contact/automation business model, but on the day I originally attempted to lease a space in person (at the office) your kiosk was not operable (kept rebooting). Anyway, I was able to complete the process online. Your property appears very secure and it was very clean. We moved our belongings from a local competitor property which had recently raised their monthly lease rates which, in our opinion, exceeded their value. It's why we chose you instead. We ended up getting a slightly larger unit at a slightly lower price!

- The storage unit is a very nice clean place. The only problem I have is the customer service and some of the spots are not numbered as noted in the email. For example, my email said my space was 3045. I could not find a 3045 anywhere it was listed as a 45 cc Which they should have it just numbered as a 3045 little bit of confusion there but overall, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great experience so far.
