- This is a completely indoor storage facility. Sounds great. But when u realize u have to load everything from your house twice (once onto the truck and another time onto the facility moving buggy, then get on an elevator before u unload in your unit) u realize it is not worth it!! The price is comparable to other places in the area. You use a card key to get in and out and onto your floor (in theory). Although it is only day 3 of our lease and already the key didn't work... Which means we will now have to load our stuff four times before it gets into our unit... Not too thrilled.

If you are pushing or pulling a small handtruck with a heavy object these are a hindrance. Need little ramp or wedge instead. Positive - someone in attendance at all times gates are open
