I showed up to the office only to find out that I needed to bring my lock with me before I could finalize any paperwork. Then I was told that my storage unit had two doors and that I would need to go purchase a second lock. I was upset to be inconvenienced but the price for the unit was more than fair. I was also able to take advantage of a promotional offer which made me forget about the earlier inconvenience. Overall, I am very happy I chose cubesmart storage for my current storage needs.

- The only thing I would change is the cleanliness of the unit. I had to sweep furst before putting my stuff in. When I lifted the door up a bunch of sand came down and got in my hair. There was a pad lock on the other door so when they took it off and I opened the door sand got on my stuff.
