Movers are paid for the predetermined amount of time you ordered regardless of the actual time taken to perform the service. We suggest that any extra time to be used for any additional services the Mover can provide such as unpacking or furniture assembly.

| Big Boy Gentle Moving were the absolute best when I called at such short notice after my mother got sick and needed to be moved to live with me in Alabama.
